Brief Answer:
Intramuscular testosterone

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Intramuscular injection of testosterone produces :
Urticaria , inflammation at the site , post injection induration , furunculosis. You are having all these symptoms.
Following measures may help:
Ice massage 3-4 times in day
Heparin ointment for local use ( at the site of injection), apply no MASSAGE.
Rest or immobile the part.
Aceclofenac 200 mg C R twice in day
Searratiopeptidase 20 mg twice in day
If nausea with these drugs, take pantaloc-d .
These are prescription drugs so get a prescription from a doctor.
You are taking cephalexin 500 mg 4 times in day . In my opinion two times in day is sufficient .
Take this treatment only for 3-5 days , if no relief then consult physician and get his opinion about injection abscess.
Hope this will be helpful for you.
Good luck .
