Question: I HAVE TERRIBLE CRAMPS,SHOOTING,BURNING PAINS IN MY HANDS AND FINGERS, I CANT HOLD A COFFEE CUP VERY WELL AND TYPING IS PAINFUL, BENDING CERTAIN FINGERS IS VERY PAINFUL,ANYTHING I DO WITH MY HAND AND FINGERS IS VERY PAINFUL. I HAVE A LEFT KNEE THAT IS IS IN CONSTANT PAIN, STANDING TAKES TIME, WALKING ,BENDING IS VERY PAINFUL, IT SWELLS UP ON A CONSTANT BASIS.

The way you have described the symptoms it appears that you are suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome in your hand . I suggest that you get an NCV of upper limbs to assess the cause. Also get R A Factor and anti CCP antibody to rule out rheumatoid arthritis.
Knee is probably early Osteoarthrosis which can be managed with exercises and mild pain killer.

I did blood work for RA It was negative. What NVC of upper limbs?. I did not take pain killers, i wll try excerise for my knee and use a brace if needed. Thank you.

ok. I do have a terrible buring sensation on the top of left hand, burns when i use my hand to much. I do manual labor, and lift 40/55 pound crates of produce a day. I oredered wrist/hanfbands, do you think will be helpful until i get tested?
