Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne On Face
Question: i have acne all over my face. i pricked many of them and had got black spots on my face. Also got little black from my normal complexion. please suggest medicines to get rid of the acne and persisting black spots.

As per your description, you possibly seem to have moderately severe comedonal acne.
I strongly advise you not to pick any of them, as it can lead to further spread of acne and permanent acne scars.
The first intention is to cure the existing acne and prevent further acne.
The second intention would be to remove the already formed black spots.
I generally recommend my patients oral tablets of Doxycycline for 2 weeks along with topical Tretinoin cream.After 2 weeks, antiblack spot creams like Eukroma will work very effectively.Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.Update your email address in case you need my prescription for the same.

maam i have got enough black heads can u please tell me the dose of medicines and the cream where to apply and till when.

You need to continue antibiotics for 2 weeks and cream for 3 months.
The dose of doxycycline is 100 mg twice a day for 2 weeks.
Tretinoin is available as 0.025%.Administration of tretinoin ad follows.
1.Apply 20 minutes after skin is cleansed and completely dried
2.Avoid lips and directly under eyes
3.Avoid UV exposure
