Suggest Treatment For Severe Back, Knee And Hand Pain

Question: I have had lower back, knee, and hand pain for several years. X-ray showed L2,3,4 compression. I have had physical therapy, injections, chiropractic care and treated with medications. My pain continues to get worse. This last year my legs ache, knees are worse and my feet hurt every morning when I'm out of bed and at nights after getting home from work. I feel tired all the time but my sleep is broken, I sleep a few hours at a time because I can't seem to shut off the day! I'm finding myself more emotional and I relate it to just not feeling good. I'm a 51 Y M and there is family history of knee surgeries, back issues with brothers and on my mothers side. My concern is the the worsening of joint pain and not feeling well. It hurts to even walk at nights. I work in a physical job with a lot of lifting and I'm on concrete all day. I work a second job that requires lifting of 150 lbs +. I feel just wore out at end of day and Tylenol and Ibuprofen combos don't touch it any more. What's next?
Brief Answer:
Needs surgery and abstinence from weight lifting
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Compressive neuropathy not responding to any conservative therapy needs decompression by surgery and that is the wise option here. Also lifting job of upto 150 lbs has made the recovery slow. So you may need to quit for at least a month or two after surgery for complete healing.
Nutshell, don't waste your time and get the neurosurgeon and let them fix it for you. Minimally invasive decompression surgery is the best option here.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
