Brief Answer:
means that the changes in the spine may be on the right side mainly

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Back pain can be due to issues with any of the structures in the back such as the muscles and associated ligaments, vertebra or nerves.

Pain is sometimes divided into mechanical or radicular pain. Mechanical pain is related to the muscles, ligaments, vertebra. With radicular pain there is nerve involvement. Some persons have a combination of both.

Pain can be affected by the load placed on the back/spine. When we walk or apply pressure to a leg or foot, there is increased load placed on the spine/back.

The fact that the pain occurs when pressure is placed on the right leg mainly, implies that changes are mostly on the right of the spine/back.
IN some cases as well , if there are any changes in the hip (in this case, right) or right aspect of the pelvis, this can cause low back pain that would also be aggravated by pressure to the right side

An x ray of the lower back and right hip is needed

The ibuprofen and pain patches can be continued, paracetamol can be added since it is in a different family of medication. Warm compresses to the back, 2 to 3 times a day for 15 to 20 mins, may also help as well.

If there is no relief with these pain killers then you may need stronger medication along with physiotherapy

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
