Suggest Treatment For Severe Breast And Neck Pain During Infertility Treatment
Question: Hi doctor,
We took some treatment for fertility for last 3 months from March to may and by XXXXXXX she took Krimson 35 for 17 days. After that she faced some severe breast and neck pain post 1 week after stopping Krimson. Then she also had some breathing issues and then when we checked doctor she had high bp and dictor said that might due to some stress and the hormonal tablets. I have attached the ECG of my wife and let me know if it has any abnormalities. Will it have any effect on fertility.

Brief Answer:
2 D Echo is advisable.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your query and concern.
Krimson 35 is a hormonal medication which has side effects on heart which could be the cause of her symptoms.
ECG is showing few rhythm disturbances. This has to be evaluated in detail.
So I advise to get a 2 D Echo and chest x ray to rule out thrombotic complications(blood clot) as early as possible.
Further management depends on the test results.
The effects on fertility can be predicted based on overall function of heart which can be evaluated through 2 D Echo.
No effect on fertility if Echo is normal.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
