Brief Answer:
Treatment as follows

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
As we already discussed, you need to give your feet rest for around a week.
Take an anti inflammatory medication like IBUPROFEN 400 mg twice a day.
Apply Diclofenac gel/ spray locally.
Kindly go for hot water fomentation 3-4 times a day. Wear soft soled footwear.
If it does not resolve in a week, you may visit an orthopaedician for local examination.
If you have any further doubts/ queries, you may get back to me.
regards,
Dr. Sonia
