Question : hi I have severe lumbar degeneration as well as arthritis in both hips I am currently on vicodin 10/325 4 times a day the vicodin isn't working as well as it did what would suggest my next step for pain relief be

You can start local injection like prolotherapy or steroid injection shot for pain relief.
also physiotherapy like IFT And TENS will help you. Discuss about this your treating doctor.
Epidural steroid shot may help you if no relief with local injection.
