Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Present beta hCG level could be due to Inj. hCG you are taking.
You need to undergo ultrasound scan to rule out ectopic pregnancy. At this level of beta hCG you will be able to identify ectopic pregnancy.
There is no other way to differentiate this pain from other pain. This pain could occur in normal pregnant women also. But better to be safe.
Let me know if you need anymore help
