Question: Due to wrong posture, i am having neck pain at the back side while moving neck around it pains at the back side of the neck, could you please advice correct line of treatment along with ointment so that it can subside soon. How long will it take to fully recover.

Lacnanthus 200 6 pills three times in day
R11 15 drops with half cup of water twice in day
Rhus tox 30 6 pills twice in day
