If there is no bulge, the chances of this being hernia is not possible.
Since the pain increases after eating the problem is with the intestines. Either there is colitis that causes pain on eating or some sort of sub-acute intestinal obstruction.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation, examination to get a colonoscopy, CT scan of the abdomen and if required Enteroclysis to get the exact diagnosis and get treated as per the diagnosis thus got.
Get this done asap as you are suffering from weight loss indicating getting the correct diagnosis at the earliest.
