Physiotherapy

Hi there

Thanks for the query

This may be the result of Spondylosis.

Avoid bending neck or lower back forwards or lifting weights. Avoid using thick pillow while sleeping. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days. This is prescription medicine.

Physiotherapy in the form of TENS therapy over the affected regions of muscle spasm for relief.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
