Suggest Treatment For Severe Scalp Itchiness, Intermittent Nausea And Fatigue
Question: Hi-I have a 33 yr he of SLE and Sjogrens with high monos and basis recently. WBC also low routinely and IgA of 5000. Very high Anti Ro and la antibodies.Recent symptoms include severe scalp itchiness, intermittent nausea, increased fatigue, low grade fevers and golf ball sized rock hard swelling on sternal clavicle. Plain X-ray negative. Rheum. appt in 2 days. Assume she will order a Ct or MRI. Worried about NHL. Thoughts? Thanks! xxxxxx
