Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam
Welcome back with more description.
Thanks for letting me know the necessary details.
It is good that you are off Prednisolone now. The issue can be managed with only topical creams though these might not give a very fast response but will be very safe.
1 Fluticasone or Clobetasol ointment is a good choice and need to be used twice daily
2 After the rash has stabilized continuously for two days or more , one needs to dilute the above creams with plain cold cream using equal proportions and to mix just before applying. This should continue till rash is gone.
3 Anti allergics are necessary like Levocetirizine 5 mg to 10 mg per day or as per need.
Other precautions as explained in my previous message
The most likely cause would have been an exaggerated response to atmospheric changes or changes in the air constituents accentuated by the friction between body folds. Hence protection by keeping the area covered but with loose garments is a priority.
We wish you early recovery and good health, always!
No worries
Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,
Welcome back!
You have provided details which I have analyzed in the light of your problem. The throat problem does not appear to be related to this episode.
I believe that problem that you encountered on skin was related to an allergic phenomenon. A person can be allergic to one or more products and such products can become less or more allergenic with time.
I also feel that by following the suggestions outlined previously, you should be largely free from any such problem in future.
Please let me know if I can help you in anyway.
Levocetrizine is antiallergic which to the best of my knowledge should be easily available. Please check with your pharmacist. It can be taken at the onset of symptoms and should be continued till the problem is resolved. If levocetrizine is not available, you can consider an alternative Zyrtec which has Cetrizine 10 mg. Zyrtec is available over the counter.
Ideally, it should be taken at night, just before you go to bed.
Best wishes for early recovery!
Welcome, always!
