Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat Along With Pain In Arm When I Cough

Question: I have had a sore throat for 2 days. This morning I developed a cough. when I cough my right arm, shoulder hurts also when I lean forward. I have had neck pain right side for 3 days as well. Also 2 weeks ago I did a PBSC donation.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.You have sore throat along with muscle stiffness of neck and shoulder. My suggestion for you are ad follows--
1.Hot water fomentation to sore muscle along with warm saline gargle.
2.The recommended Drugs are cefixime (Taxim O) Along with ibuprofen and muscle relaxant drug thiocolchicoside helps.Get them by prescribed by your local doctor.
3.Drink plenty of fluid and avoid cold food item.
What is PBSC ?
