Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ulcers, Constipation And Cramps

Question: My partner has always had severe tummy issues. Alcers, constipation,diarreah, terrible crapming. Eats healthy due to this and a lot, but never ever feels full?

Endoscopy may be advised if needed.
He may also need routine blood investigations.

He has also been suffering from piles for a while whochbis getting worse...what can this be and how can we treat it?
