Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

You definetly have a lot of stressful events going around. You need to classifythings that you need to do as important and those not important. Then the next step would be to classify both of them into urgent and non- urgent. Then you should focus on firs the ones which are important as well as urgent. Now this procedure should be done by you are you have the best knowledge of your circumstances. Focus on one thing at a time. Crowding of too much worries is not going to help you.
Also try taking out time for yourself. Even a 10 min stroll between the work will help relieve a lot of stress. Also try discussing these issues with your better half as this will help in ventilating your feelings.
Also it seems you are having a lot of stress and this can lead to depression. If these stresses become intolerable and overwhelming, do consider visiting a psychiatrist as you might be having a depression as well.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
How would you deal with this one ?
One client is asking to get a big project ready for end of august and many players of the project are on holidays . I only have 18 days left and project is done at 65%.I am managing it while being on holidays.
What could I tell the client ? We will be late due to holidays : yours, and the ones of the key players ?
Regards,

Brief Answer:
Put your maximum efforts

Detailed Answer:
Hello
The only thing that is in your hands is putting in efforts. You may maximize your efforts. Try dealing with the things one after another. It would be wiser to pen down the " to do" things than to crumble everything in your brain.
Even if at your best, if you could not complete the target then properly communicating the matter to your client is important. Logically thinking, it would be none of your fault.
Hope this helps
Kind regards
