Is there any effective treatment to prevent this?
Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM
Detailed Answer:
First, aspirine effect ma persist for up to 6 weeks after stopping it. Some other drugs can change blood viscosity too. I suggest to check some lab first to see is there any disorder of blood clotting, trombocytes and prothrombine time. Also, most important vitamin for blood clotting is vitamin K so try to eat vit k rich food or try vit K supplements.
In some people of your age, skin may become thin and athrophic so it can lead to easy subcutaneous bleeding too. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask.

Is there anything to strengthen the dermis so these bruising areas do not show up?
Brief Answer:
hi
Detailed Answer:
Well, if those tests are fine then you should avoid skin injuries, avoid sun exposure, irritating chemicals and alergenes. You can use retinoid based creams or some herbal based products such as Arnica cream. but generally there is no some specific treatment. YOu can also apply heparin gel when bruise is already developed.
