Suggest Treatment For Suicidal Thoughts Along With Sleeplessness
Question: I am so sad and have no desire to live anymore. I don't understand why XXXXXXX left and told everyone I was just his friend whien he told me and my son he loved me more than he did his dead wife. I know he is ill but if he doesn't ever come back to me I just don't want to live anymore..I cannot sleep and that is all I want to do . It is 2Am and I am wide awake for WHAT? I don't have anything to do and don't want to do anything....Guess I will just take a bunch of pills...

His behaviour can be explained easily by his illness. Based upon our old conversations I can tell you that he did all these because he was under influence of hallucinatory behaviour and he developed delusions. So how can we held him responsible for all this. So please don't blame yourself for all this. Just the time went wrong and nothing more than that. Try to remain calm and if possible don't do anything wrong that can make situations worse.
Please don't think to kill yourself or to overmedicate yourself. Such incident last time resulted in serious consequences. Please at least for now follow my advise.

What do you mean by the natural course of his illness? Do you mean that over the course of some time he might be able to regain insight? I guess I have never understood what you mean by natural course of disease. I am not that familiar with schizophrenia to know if it waxes and wanes..I will be in Israel before the injunction against me terminates so will be unable to see if he will be better or not..I guess I was just wondering. Maybe I will never even see him again then..

Even some psychotic symptoms like delusions weakens with time in some patients and I was mentioning that only. He might not gain insight but he may start to acknowledge you with time. Thought with proper treatment this would have shown rapid improvement.
If you wish to file order of protection then you can go for this. Try to appeal for judge and if possible try to get that injunction lifted.

In court when I said he was coming over every day for over six months he kept shaking his head no as though it never happened or I was lying. Is memory loss a part of all of this? He also would fall asleep sitting up. I am sorry to be such a pest. I just need your emotional support. I have been so traumatized by all of this . Tomorrow I will be filing the papers for the Order of Protection and the Appeal against his injunction.

Thanks Dr B. I won't close this out until tomorrow. I am so nervous about going to the court. Thanks for all of your time and care and yes, friendship. As I said before,maybe we can meet for real once we go to Israel. XXXXXXX and I thought also that XXXXXXX is in denial. Men of God especially one we know, agrees that XXXXXXX is afraid that I am right about what God is calling us to do and is in denial about it all...so be it...meanwhile if he is likely to come by our house it would be best if we file an injunction against him..in Israel it would not be in effect anyway..only in the U.S. so for now that is what we will do..we are anxious to get to Israel...so I hope this doesn't hold everything up...the medical marijuana helps some though not as much as I had hoped..still it is better than taking all of those medicines and not as hard on my body....

I just hope that he will order XXXXXXX to be evaluated. That is his domain. He seemed very concerned that XXXXXXX was hearing voices telling him that he was supposed to kill people but he wants to hear Michael's side which makes me nervous. He might just hear Michael's side and order the protection without making him see a psychiatrist so I have to be prepared for that. I do hope that he decided to make it mandatory for XXXXXXX to see a psychiatrist...but there is no guarantee..I am nervous about that..I feel so very very sad about it. My daughter told me that she could tell how very much he was in love with me a year ago in December but it feels like he is lost to me now...if the judge doesn't make him see a psychiatrist then I will leave for Israel and he is likely to hurt someone and I will never see him again...I am so afraid of that happening...
