Request your help.
Continue with ice pack and NSAIDs.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic
I have read your query and understand the concern. Also saw your swollen foot picture that you uploaded.
It also can be associated with a hairline fracture, So an X-ray of that foot can be done to rule out a fracture.
Soft tissue injury leading to hematoma can also be the cause and an MRI can be reserved subsequently if the x ray is not conclusive.
If fracture and soft tissue injury leading to hematoma formation is ruled out ,
You should continue with ice pack or water application to reduce swelling and inflammation.
Complete rest and foot end elevation by putting pillow under the foot while sleeping.
NSAIDs like diclofenac 50 mg,paracetamol 500 mg with seratiopeptidase 15 mg combination (Tab.Enzoflam) will be helpful to reduce pain and swelling.
You can also apply thrombophob ointment over the foot to reduce swelling.
I expect that your swollen foot will start improving in 2 or 3 days and you will see improvement in pain and swelling if there is no fracture seen on X-ray.
In case, there is no improvement then consult orthopedician for complete examination and further treatment.
Thanks and Regards,
