You are concerned about painful knees and swelling after exercising. If you have not exercised much before then this is common to overuse. If you wish to continue exercising I recommend you start slowly and something with less impact on your knees like swimming. I recommend also taking an anti-inflammatory prior to exercise like ibuprofen which will reduce swelling and pain

I have trouble with my right knee for years, I can also not sit for hours on a chair, then it starts to pain. Not all te time, but sometimes it start to pain from only walking regulary... It's an uncomfterble pain upper part of my knee or sometimes I feel it behind... Like more inside. And if it's like that, it feel kind of wobbly as if there is poor support on my knee
Brief Answer:
Internal knee damage
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for responding to my initial answer.
From your description it sounds like you do have a more extensive injury to your knee. Exercise may actually be causing you more harm than good. I recommend you stop exercising until you seek medical attention.
From your description it sounds like you may have one of the following problems
1. a torn meniscus. Which is a tear in the cartilage of the knee
2. a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Which is a ligament holding your knee together
3. chronic bursitis
4. arthritis either osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
These problems need to be diagnosed by a physician. Trying to diagnose over the internet would be impossible. You would need an exam and require imaging studies like an MRI of the knee. Once these tests are complete then you can address proper treatment to get you back to full capacity.
In the mean time as I have already mentioned I would recommend reducing exercise, start taking a pain medication like ibuprofen and seek medical attention.
Sorry I could not give you a more specific answer
