Brief Answer:
Go for biopsy & continue with same medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in.
As per your history, my first suggestion is you quiet tobacco chewing. It leads to malignancy & hyperkeratinization of oral mucosa.First line of treatment is to quit tobacco & then apply candid or kenacort gel to that area.Secondly take antioxidant with lycopene twice a day.If it doesn't resolve with this then go for biopsy.
Consult oral surgeon if problem persists.
Hope I answered your query
Wishing you good health
