Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You have got injury to your toe near to baby toe 7weeks ago. Now you are thinking that you tendon pops, it still hurts and swollen. It may be due to stiffness. You need to do mobilisation excercises of toe and foot. You should keep foot elevated during resting hours and night to reduce swelling. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C help in recovery.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
