Thank you for responding.
A picture won't be useful as the lump is not visible. but I can feel it inside. Also, when erect I now have a kink that wasn't there before.
Thanks again

Brief Answer:
I will say get it evaluated!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You need to get the penis examined. With a kinked penis, this is suggestive of a possible lapeyronie's disease. Get evaluated by your doctor for confirmation and treatment.
Keep me posted on this!
