Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Gastritis
Question: yesterday, I woke up with minor pain in the middle of my chest. It continued throughout the day and now the same type of pain has moved to my right, upper shoulder area, the front of my right breast, and underarm area. No other symptoms. Should I be concerned?
For clarification, the right shoulder pain is in the upper back of my shoulder and the pain in the right breast area is in the front and radiating to the right underarm area. I have just moved to a new state and have not secured a primary care doctor yet.

Brief Answer:
This sounds like gastritis!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this pain. I have reviewed your information and this pain could be suggestive of gastritis. I will recommend that you take omeprazole for relief. If you have been taking drugs such as aspirin, ibuprofen, etc., I will suggest that you consider stopping as these could be provoking as well as aggravating factors.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me updated as you start this medication. I will only recommend further attention if this fails to resolve your symptoms.
