Brief Answer:
yes, it is varicose

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes, it appears to a be a varicose vein.

Varicose veins are dilated/enlarged twisted veins which can occur in any aspect of the body though they are more common on the thighs and legs.

The vein shown is enlarged and slightly twisted and can be classified as varicose.

In most cases, there are no serious consequences.

Rarely bleeding can occur, usually as a result of trauma to the area

If the enlarged vein is in the legs and associated with symptoms, elevation of the legs and the use of compression stocking may help.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
