Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus With Dizziness, Cough And Sneezing

Need more information
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
First, from the query, I am unaware of the age of the patient.
So please let me know the age.
Dizziness may be due to dyselectrolytemia (abnormal sodium levels for example) and I therefore suggest testing electrolytes levels.
And I am also unaware the qualification of your doctor, so I cannot comment whether you need another doctor. Anyways, I think it would be better to meet a neurologist for these symptoms.
Please let me know the information for correct answers.
I would also like to know the complete evaluation done for her so far by your doctor.
Please contact with the required details for further information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I think you are largely on the right track.
The medicines can be taken, they are safe.
Meniere's with proper care can heal itself.
I would prefer to add steam inhalation in my patients.
I hope that helps.
Please feel free to contact me for more information.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal

what are the side effects of them?
seen that cognix plus not given to patients under 18 yrs. but she is only 17 yrs, is that a problem??
is it OK to take other medicines for cough and vitamin tablets for energy along with these tablets?
Try betahistidine
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your response.
Mostly the medicines should have acted by now.
Sometimes, it does take time but in a majority, it would be better by now.
I suggest trying a betahistidine tablet also. You can talk to your doctor about it. I think it would help you.
And yes, the multi vitamin and cough medicines can be taken.
I still feel you should meet up with a neurologist.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
