Brief Answer:
Could be due to inflamed Urethra(Urethritis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had unprotected oral sex 3 weeks back and had hematuria which was cured by taking antibiotics and now now have irritation in the urethra.

Oral mucosa is full of multiple bacterial flora hence there are high chances of you getting infection of urethra (Urethrtis)..Plaase get your urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to so as to take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report to control the infection.

You need to take anti inflammatory drugs like Diclefenac and Serropeptidase to get quick relief.

Ensure to drink more water and avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured completely.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
