Brief Answer:
May need change in antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
From your symptoms and blood reports,it is more likely a bacterial infection of the throat.(Blood report is not in support of viral fever).
Your liver function tests, dengue serology, malarial antigen testing, and urine reports are normal.
Such bacterial pharyngitis are usually treated with antibiotics like azithromycin, along with other supportive measures like antipyretics, anti histamines, anti acid drugs etc.Your doctor has given all these drugs.
Anyhow, persisting fever even after 3 days of treatment indicates poor response to azithromycin, and need to review the antibiotic. In such instances,we usually switch to other antibiotic like amoxicillin+clavulonate or Levofloxacin. If this also fails to controle the infection,we may need admission and intravenous antibiotics after further evaluation.
Kindly get back to your doctor so that he can guide you through this.
Meanwhile, avoid cold drinks.Do frequent throat gargles with warm saline.Take adequate rest.Drink enough fluids.Have a light diet rich in fruits and veges-all these measures will boost up recovery.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you a faster and complete cure.
Thank you.

All medicines accordingly time

Brief Answer:
Now continue the same
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
We need to have a physical examination, including vital recordings before changing the antibiotics. Also, antibiotics needs a prescription.
Right now,you can continue all the medicines as per schedule till you get back to your doctor, which should not be delayed beyond tomorrow morning.
Azithromycin should be taken at least 30-40 minutes before food for proper absorption.
If you are not having much pain, you can stop olnim SP and instead start paracetamol 650 mg every 8 hours, which will offer better fever control.
Hope you got cleared.
Thank you.
