Detailed Answer:
Hi there XXXX
I would suggest that since you are coming across to India in a week, please do wait until then, visit a dermatologist, get all your tests' done & take it from there.
Off the cuff, I suggest that a 5% 5 Fluorouracil cream (if you can acquire it) applied on alternate days to the regions with care not to touch the surrounding areas should help. However please restrict this application to the hands. As for the spots on the tongue, one needs a definitive diagnosis & it may just be a 'reactive' pattern or symptoms of herpes from your description. So best to go symptomatic & use a mouth rinse like Tantum Verde three times daily as a local cleanser cum anaesthetic that may help you swallow better. Do hydrate yourself well in addition with plenty of 'sips' of fluids through the day.
A tablet like paracetamol 500mg (panadol in your area) together with 400mg ibuprofen taken in a combination after meals twice a day may provide good symptomatic relief for the throat.
Trust this advice will help you tide over the crisis & rest assured you can deal with it all when you arrive in India. It may be in your best interests' too to get all the relevant tests done in India as I do believe expatriates' in that region can be given a rough time else. Having spent more than a decade in the Gulf, I do empathise. If you are arriving into Bangalore by any chance, do feel to drop into XXXXXXX Hospital & will be glad to help you with your issues.
Good Luck & Godspeed!

Most welcome XXXX
Do drop into XXXXXXX Hospital; It is located on Miller's road opposite St. Anne's college & perpendicular to XXXXXXX road. I usually consult between 12.30-4.30 pm on appointments only but will make an exception in your case. I am afraid this site does not permit me to share my mobile number but once in Bangalore, it should be easy to trace me.
By now, I trust you will be following my advice & its all good.
Good Luck & Au Revoir.
