Question: Hello I lost over 30 lbs in 30 days or less waist 40 to 32 I have AIDS no meds for 1 years I have a growth on my gums size of a quarter I have hemroids some days or the runs I need to sleep at least 12 hours a day 5 years ago I was at level 2 as far as my kidney goes and liver white blood count less than 4000 as of a year ago
