Might be infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible infection.
I would suggest that you test with a vaginal swab culture and urine culture.
Antibiotics may be needed as per culture report.
Meanwhile, start cranberry juice. It will help you with the infection.
