I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
Now your problem is that of acneiform eruptions due to intake of body building supplements containing steroids .
You already know that the lesions have appeared after you started taking the supplements . These body building supplements contains steroids and other androgenic hormones which lead to development of acne over face and sometimes over body as well.
So first of all, it is important that you either stop it's intake or take some other brand which does not contain steroids.
Now as far as the treatment is concerned, I would like to have a look at the exact skin conditions . Please click some close up pictures of the skin condition and upload them here on this page .
Also please tell if you are applying any medicines or creams over the lesions.
Do you have any itching as well?
Do you use hair oil?

Since you tend to develop pimples , you surely need to take extra care of your skin in terms of the products that you use over your skin.
Now you have a combination skin, to using a good anti acne and facewash for oily skin will help you. You can use neutrogena facewash with salicylic acid. You can avoid the use of cold creams , however if very essential , you can use oil free moisturizers .
Also it is very important to regularly use a good medicated sunscreen like neutrogena spf 50 dry touch everytime you go out in the sun . Proper and regular use of sunscreen will prevent the development of post pimple scars over the face.
You need to apply the sunscreen atleast thirty minutes before going out in the sun .
Also you should avoid using hair oil as far as possible. This is because the oil from the scalp tend to drop down over the forehead and lead to development of pimples over forehead.
Drink as much water as possible.
