Vaccination chart for babies as per XXXXXXX association of paediatics is as follows:
6 weeks as he is now: DPwT, IPV, Hep B ( BCG if not given earlier), Hib, rotavirus, PCV
10 Weeks: DPwT, IPV, Hib, Rotavirus, PCV
(Give Hep B if not given at birth)
14 weeks: DPwT, IPV, Hib, Rotavirus, PCV
6 months: OPV1, Hep B
9 months: OPV 2, MMR1
9-12 months: conjugated typhoid vaccine
12 months: Hepatitis A 1
15 months: MMR2, VARICELLA 1, PCV booster
16-18 months: DTwP B1, IPV B1, Hib B1, Hepatitis A2
24 months: typhoid booster
