Suggest Ways For Natural Breast Upliftment

Please help. I'm so self conscious about this issue. :(
HI XXXX, Sorry for the delay
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Natural lifting of the breasts is a dream but hard to achieve. Normally, as one ages, the skin looses elasticity and hence there is sagging of the skin and face.
To improve elasticity, one needs to improve the collagen in dermis of the skin which is yet to be achieved using creams and lotions. Secondly in the breast the weight of the breast is pulling it down which adds to the problem.
Exercises to tighten the coopers ligaments help in the younger and smaller breasts. As we age the ligaments are also loosing strength, hence the sagging. You could try pectoral exercises but if your muscle becomes prominent, then the sag of the breast might look more apparent so its a fine line.
The only way if at all anything can help naturally is a combination of creams ( vitamin A) and hydration and some exercise but please don't expect any dramatic improvement from what I've seen.
As far as problems with anaesthesia are concerned, nowadays we have different methods of anaesthesia like regional and epidural under which the surgery can be performed.
But as of now Im sorry to say I do not know of any non surgical means of lifting the breast of the face which actually work.
Thank you for your mail. Once again sorry for the delay in replying back

Thank you again. :)
Hi
Detailed Answer:
hi no just keep a healthy diet and some gentle massages will help. wearing a bra at least when you are up and about will help but of course it also depends on the breast size. Underwire bras have no role to play in preventing sagging.
Another thing you could consider is a new procedure using free floating threads which is supposed to promote collagen deposition. this is done under lock creams. they have show good results in the face but I'm smaller breasts decent results. you could talk to your local plastic surgeon about it. thnx
