Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
If your thyroid Functions are normal there is nothing to worry.
Increase in diet and weight gain usually happens after marriage due to change in environmental conditions.
There is no treatment required for this.
You just need to observe following:
1. To exercise regularly. Do more of aerobic exercises to burn calories - Only definitive way to loose weight.
2. To walk after each meal.
3. To avoid fatty food, junk food.

Only this would help you. Also in case you have not got your blood sugars checked recently then get them checked.
Don't look forward from doctors or any website for weight loss medicines.
They are not meant for you and won't help you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
