Question: Hi my name is XXXXXXX I am 62 and I am terribly obese. I want to loose weight and keep it off. However, I do not have real discipline to do this. I battle myself to do right by me. I am a cancer survivor, and a warrior to fight for others. Yet I can not do XXXXXXX for myself. I am scared that I will either be a candidate for a re-occurrence or dying early. I am
soooooooo tired of being big and a spectator of life. I want to live instead of just exist. Help me.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Losing weight can be a challenge in old age and diet and lifestyle perversions recently in guise of chocolate fudges and binge eatings have worsened the scenario.

Losing weight always start with exercise. Followed by reducing caloric intake to at least 2000 calories a day. More consumption and less intake is the main key aspect of every recommended weight loss program. Weight loss should be slow and steady. No more than 2 to 3 pounds in a week, 30 pounds loss in 12 weeks is maximum recommended at a time.
Use different measures to reduce satiety. Drink cold water before every meal. Adapt good rehab techniques like going out frequent, having a daily routine, remedies for depression etc.

Sign up to an FDA approved weight loss program and let them help you in this regard further. Stay away from these cheap publicity stunts of claiming a dramatic weight loss, all these are scams and are more harmful that of use.
