Question: I am 26 year old male. My current weight is 95 kgs. My height is 5 ft 7 inches. I am unable to control myself while having food. Coming to my diet. Almost every day since last 2 years I am having junk and fatty food. And also every day I am having 2-3 chocolate bars and whenever I have food I am having king size meal. But I have never done any kind of exercise since lst 4-5 years. As a result my tummy became so huge that I myself was finding difficult to see the lower half of body. Over the years I followed very bad diet as almost every day I used to take chocolates, icecreams and oily foods and extra spicy dishes in huge quantities. Can you please suggest me ways to reduce my body weight epecially tummy fat as It is huge and what diet should I need to follow for getting back to normal size ?

I read your question and i understand your concern. The answer to your question lies in the question. All you need to do is modify diet and lifestyle and start exercising. it is still not too late. Your Body mass index is 32 and it lies in obesity. You need to bring your weight down to less than 70 . make it slow and steady.

Dont lose more than 2 or three pounds in a week. Don't continue any weight losing program for more than 12 weeks. After that maintain the weight. So one weight loss 3 months cycle in a year. two at most.

Here is how you are gonna do it. Sign up to an FDA approved weight loss program. Do it natural ways. Slow and steady wins the race. Exercise is the secret ingredient. RUn run and run. Drink plenty of fluids colder the better. 2 glasses full of ice cold water before every meal will kill the satiety and help you lose weight and also body will burn extr calories to bring that cold water to room temperature.

Low carbohydrates high proteins diet. Eat one boiled egg in the morning with some herbal tea mixed with honey. Then just 2 more meals lunch and dinner just protein no more than 250 gram of food like a slice of meat what ever the way you like like steak, broiler, rooster etc. it should be not too much fats and oily and roasted. Minimal fats and carbs alone will take care of weight and will mobilise the stored fats in the body.

Don't use any medicine or cheap publicity stunt to lose weight at rapid pace. That will bring side effects and sequelaes you can't afford.
