Suggest Ways To Manage Weight Of A Diabetic Person
Now i observe, she is gaining weight.. I assume around 5 kg gained in last one month.. current weight of her is around 75-80kg and age is around 59yrs.
what are the steps to control the weight and to reduce around 10kg weight ,?
