Brief Answer:
Medicines need to be added
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your response.
I still await your sugar charts.
The diet and exercise regime sound ok (latter may be made more strict - time permissible).
Which means that the only possibility is to step up the medicines.
You can add Tab Zeta 100 mg again just before dinner.
I will need the sugar chart to give a better opinion.
Awaiting the response.

Doctor,
I've a question: the dose that I am taking is already high? Or is it moderate? How about taking low insulin shots for few days to bring sugar in control? I've few sugar reports (but mostly I rely on my Accucheck), I'll upload them.
Thanks doctor

Brief Answer:
Insulin is the best option
Detailed Answer:
Insulin shots are a very good option if you are willing for them.
However, I suggest you try the tablets before we finally switch to insulin.
Best of luck.

Thank you doctor. I'll try adding another Zeta before dinner for a week. If it doesn't help then I'll think of Insulin shot.
Thanks for your advise doctor,
