Suggest Ways To Reduce Stomach Fat
I would like to loose weight faster.
I am approx. 90 KG weight with 5'.7" height.
I am facing breathing problems, I have to breath heavily. It gives accelerate sound and a person who sits behind can here massive intake of breath.
Stomach will be full for half a portion of my meal.
everytime I feel stomach full and enlarged.
Need to start exercising.

Weight loss has to be gradual and sustained , if you lose weight fast and then don't continue your diet and exercise , you will gain back the weight that is lost.
Exercise is very important in weight loss. Start slowly with 15 minutes of brisk walking or jogging and gradually that is every 5 days increase the speed and every 10 days increase the duration by 5 minutes.
Diet plays a vital role in weight loss. Start reducing the calorie intake by 5-10% of your total daily consumption. Also avoid sweets, ice creams, pastries, carbonated drinks, cheese, pizza and meat.
Eat more of fruits , vegetables and drink plenty of water.
This much is actually sufficient if you do it properly and sincerely. But if you need more faster results then you can use medications like Orlistat which causes weight loss. But this medication has to be taken under a doctor's guidany as it has got certain side effects.
Your snoring and breathing problem are mainly due to excess weight . They shall gradually subside with weight reduction.

I dont eat much foods than chicken twice a week that too half portion grilled without oil.
Rice afternoon, Oats night.
Brisk walk evening hours 5 to 6, approx 5 KMs in an hour.
Water 3 to 4 ltrs per day approx.
How about weights and workout ?

Well you diet is pretty much OK . Include more vegetables and fruits in it.
Brisk walking is good but you need to increase the speed and duration of walking every 10 days or 2 weeks.
More than weights , you can do aerobic exercises or exercises that concentrate on abdominal muscles. For example crunches or crunches with carrying weight on chest, lifting your head and chest while lying on your tummy, sit ups etc .
After all these exercise if you have time and energy you can do weights.
