Taken I-pill Immediately After Unprotected Sex. Having White Discharge With Abdominal Pain. Pregnant?
Question: Hi,
I had unprotected sex with my bf 7 days ago which happened to be 16th day of my 28 day cycle, immediately after I had taken one Ipill. Now its been 6 days since and I have experienced on-off lower abdominal pain and some white sticky discharge, no other symptom apart from these. What does this mean? Could I be pregnant?

Since you have taken an emergency contraceptive pill immediately after the act, your chances of being pregnant are negligible. Please do not worry.
The symptoms that you are having are nonspecific and are not suggestive of pregnancy. Also, the symptoms of pregnancy do not appear till 10 days after fertilization.

Thank You so much for the prompt reply. There's just one other thing I would like to know. My normal periods are due on 26th of this month after taking an Ipill I'm aware that it might get delayed by a week, in the meanwhile are there any Ipill related symptom I should anticipate now? I have still not experienced any vaginal bleeding which is indicated to happen after 5-7 days of taking the pill.

Apart from an irregular vaginal spotting, it might cause mild nausea or headache in few women. You r next period may also be delayed by few days. Apart from these, you are not likely to have any more side effects now.
