Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your blood pressure is controlled well.
You can continue the same drug (Losar-H) / No need to change.
[Electrolytes, Kidney function, Lipids and Sugar must be periodically checked...]

The headache is not likely to be related to the pressure.
It is preferable to see a Neurologist for the same / May be an MRI and MRA may be necessary.

The eye should also be looked at / for Papilloedema and glaucoma...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
