What can i do relieve the pdin
Brief Answer:
need to take prophylaxis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First you need to consult a neurologist and confirm diagnosis of migraine. And rule out other causes of headache because migraine is diagnosis of exclusion.
You may be suggested to take prophylaxis for 3 months with either b-blockers or flunarzine depending upon your cardiac status.
For acute pain you may take naproxen . These all are prescription drugs.
Prophylaxis reduces the attack intensity and frequency. Along with that do daily 20mins excercise and have sound sleep.
