There are several possible disorders that causes hypecalciemia and hypernatriemia. MOst common this is seen in hormonal disorders, such as diseases of adrenal glands, parathyroid or thyroid glands or hypophysis. Then also it can be sign of kidney hypofunction so these 2 are first thing to rule out. Also high calcium can be seen in some bone diseases such as osteoporosis.
