Brief Answer:
Antiinflammatory medication short term works best, and light food diet
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
what you can drink is a lot of fluid. There is nothing specific what one can eat but you should have only light, non fatty foods, white meat and avoid fatty foods, alcohol and red meat.
Most effective is nsaid medication like naproxen, diclofenac or indometacin, if you can not take any of those then also prednisolon for short time is vey effective.
