Brief Answer:
watch for symptoms if any

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for choosing this platform

The usual dose of ibuprofen is 10 mg/kg.The toxic dose at which serious side effects like upper gastrointestinal bleed, breathing problem, decreased urinary output, lethargy, irritability, bleeding in urine etc are manifested is much higher dosage that is 10-20 times.
While minor side effects like nausea, vomiting, pain abdomen etc can occur even at normal dosage.
The average weight of a 4 years old child is about 15-18 kg.So if taken 600 mg the dose would be about 40 mg/kg.
Minor side effects can be seen at this dosing.
If the medicine has been consumed recently that is less than 4 hours, consult an emergency for gastric lavage.
If it has been more than 4 hours,I would suggest you to observe for the above mentioned symptoms and if you notice any consult a pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubt.
Regards
