Question: HI SIR,Good Morning,

I Have a question on Elosone HT ..am bit dark one of my friend working as a Ayurvedic doctor in one GOVT Hospital suggested me to use Elosone HT....so could you please suggest me whether i can use this or not and guide me with the advantages and disadvantages of this Ointiment.

Elosone HT (Mometasone, hydroquinone and tretnion) is used for skin conditions like inflammation, allergy, redness, eczema, psoriasis.
I would like to know for what purpose your doctor is prescribed Elosone HT?
If your doctor knows about your skin condition or if your doctor prescribed this medication after clinical examination of your skin then you can start use it according to doctor's instructions.
Side effects: It can cause less serious side effects like itching, burning sensation, skin thinning, change in color of skin but these side effects will disappear shortly. Most of the people do not develop major side effects like blurred vision, tiredness, weight loss or gain, swelling of face or ankles.
Rarely can it cause allergic reaction like swelling of face, difficulty in breathing, dizziness. If side effects persist then you should visit a doctor immediately.
I suggest you visit a dermatologist for clinical examination if you have not done early.

Thanks for the reply

One thing i would like to clear you is i have not consulted any doctor in any hospital
But one of my friend(Neighbor) just suggested me the cream to improve my complexion.And my friend have not tested my skin at all...just for the colour improvement she suggested me to use.

But out of my curiosity i would like to take your opinion and then based on it i would like to use.Hope you understood.

I can understand your concern.
Eloson HT contains steroid hence I asked you about your skin condition. It is good to hear that you do not have such skin conditions.
Yes it is also used for improve complexion and for hyper pigmentation.
I suggest you start Eloson HT after skin test, first apply small amount of cream behind your ear to rule out allergy to cream. If you do not find any allergic symptom then you can start apply. If you have any persist of side effects then I suggest you visit a dermatologist.
I also suggest you apply sunscreen lotion with SPF 30 20 minutes before you step outside and repeat it every 2 hours.It helpful avoid skin XXXXXXX
