Hi and welcome.Methotrexate is a strong antiinflamatorry and citostatic medication. It has some .ore common side effects such as nausea,vomit,joint pain, legs swelling,stomach pain or blood in stool.
Some less common but more serious are convulsions,fever, dizziness,heart palpitation,anaemia,unusualw brusing,hair loss.
In every case side effect such as mild nausea or stomach pain can be tolerated but if there are significant difficulties then it should be stopped. Wish you good health. Regards
