Turmeric has a number of suggested uses. And dosing depends upon the indication for which you are using.

The top two uses are in dyspepsia and colorectal cancer.

Its also used for migraine headaches, flu, amenorrhea, and anorexia.
It has anti inflammatory properties and is used topically as well as for external application in infected wounds.

I don't have any authentic Customer testimonial of my own though there are many personal online reviews on turmeric.
